It is a 4,800 square foot lodge in Media, Illinois with twelve bedrooms, three full baths and room for thirty-four hunters, and it is included in the price of every hunt we sell.
Ten of our twenty-six Google reviews mention the lodge by name. That is not an accident and it is not marketing. Hunters book us for the ground and then write about the building, because a hunting trip is mostly the hours you are not in a stand.
There is an archery range out back for checking your bow after a long drive. There are boot dryers and bow hangers by the door so your gear is not wet in the morning. There is an ice machine, which sounds trivial until you are cooling three deer during shotgun season. There is an outdoor pool, which is worth far more in April for turkeys than it is in December.
Meals are cooked here. Evenings happen here. If you have hunted with an outfitter who put you in a motel in town and handed you a gas station breakfast, this is the part of the trip that will be different.
Lodging is included on every hunt on the rates board, and one child stays and hunts free with every paid adult under kids hunt free. The what to bring page covers what is already here so you do not haul it. Outfitter and guide licensing in Illinois is administered by the Illinois DNR.

02 · What is in it
Twelve bedrooms, three baths, one long table.
The layout is built for a camp rather than for guests. Bedrooms are real bedrooms, the baths are spread across the building so nobody queues, and the common space is big enough that the whole camp eats together instead of in shifts.
A lot of groups book the whole lodge. Thirty-four is a big number for a hunting operation this size, and it is why we get company trips, extended families and groups of friends who have been coming together for years.

How many people does the lodge sleep?
Thirty-four. The lodge is 4,800 square feet with twelve bedrooms, three full baths and a family suite, so a full camp of friends or a company group fits without anyone ending up on a couch.
Is lodging included in the hunt price?
Yes, on every hunt we sell, from the $600 coyote hunt to full season access. Meals are cooked at the lodge and included as well.
Can non hunters come along?
Call and talk to Travis about it. There is a pool, a family suite and plenty of room, and we have had families come along before.
